Thank you for taking the time to read our terms of service regarding reviews, articles, and content published on our site. We are pretty flexible and these terms are pretty much just here to protect ourselves and you. Should there be any reason that you need to "bend" any of these terms just let us know and usually we will go out of our way in an attempt to help you.
Request a Review of Your Site or Request to have Content Written for Your Site
Content Terms Of Service (TOS)
- All content once created and published on vbyx.com becomes the licensed property of vbyx.com, however, the AUTHOR will retain the right to request the modification or removal of any and all content written by them and published on vbyx.com. This does not include any content created by vbyx.com.
- We require notification should you restructure your site or move any content we write for you so that we may update any links we may have to content we've written for you.
- Vbyx.com resolves not to republish any content we write for you on any other sites including vbyx.com unless you, for whatever reason, choose not to publish the completed content on your site. However, we do reserve the right to link to content we've written and that you've published on your site, and potentially use excerpts (as descriptive text) from that content on vbyx.com or any other Internet properties owned by vbyx.com or assigns.
- Any content you submit to vbyx.com will not be reprinted or republished on any sites other than vbyx.com. The one exception to this rule is if you submit any content that does NOT fit into the topics available on vbyx.com, we reserve the right to publish the content on another site of our choosing owned by vbyx or assigns, and further resolve to notify you of the final published location. Furthermore, you agree not to reprint or republish any content created specifically for vbyx.com without express written permission from vbyx (written permission does include email). You agree that any content found to be reprinted or republished on other sites voids any rights as the author of the content you may have regarding the content published on vbyx.com and could result in the content published on vbyx.com being significantly modified, or possibly even deleted from vbyx.com. This does not include, nor will you be held at fault for, scraping technology or other "spam" techniques commonly used by "black hat" SEM's.
- Users of your site must be able to navigate from your home page to all content written for you by vbyx with a minimum of four clicks. Vbyx.com resolves to be held to the same restriction for any published content. Either party may request exceptions (in writing or email) to this rule.
- You agree to publish any content that you explicitly request from vbyx as long as it meets your editorial guidelines.
- Vbyx.com reserves the right to link from any content written by you so long as those links do not interfere with the links you've placed in the content or the flow of the content.
- Vbyx.com reserves the right to modify any content submitted to correct grammar or spelling mistakes in an editorial manner only, and grants the same right to site owners who receive content submitted by vbyx.
- All links in content written by vbyx and published on your site must remain intact. Links included in content written by you and published on vbyx.com will remain intact. However, any content submitted with an excess number of links may be refused inclusion or vbyx will request permission to modify and give just cause for those modifications.
- All links in published content submitted by vbyx to you must remain free of server side tracking redirects. All links must be direct links to the referenced pages on vbyx.com and must be free of rel="nofollow" directives and any other search engine spider blocking technology. You also agree to not block humans or search engine robots (especially Google, Yahoo and MSN) from accessing the content published on your site in any way. Vbyx.com resolves to be held to the same guidelines for any content submitted by you to vbyx.com.
- Vbyx.com reserves the right to refuse to publish and/or remove any content for any reason.
- You agree to hold vbyx and assigns blameless for any potential or realized damages whether implied, direct, indirect, or imagined. This includes, but is not limited to, content submitted by vbyx to you, content submitted by you to vbyx, and links from or to vbyx and assigns.
